I love to make breakfast for dinner at least once a week. It’s always a crowd pleaser and takes the guess work out of one night of the week. We LOVE German Pancakes at our house! I like to serve it with a side of sausage and some fresh fruit. This 9×13 is just enough pancake for our entire house… we’re on the brink of needing to make a double recipe!
1 cup milk
1 cup flour
dash of salt
2 Tbs Cinnamon
1 tsp vanilla
4 Tbs butter
Preheat oven to 425 degrees F. As oven preheats, place the butter in 9×13” baking dish and put in oven for the butter to melt.
Place the eggs, milk, flour, salt and vanilla in a blender; cover and process until smooth. Pour batter into the baking dish with the melted butter. Bake, for 20 minutes or until golden brown and puffy.
Remove from oven and sprinkle generously with powdered sugar. Serve with butter and syrup!
