This recipe is a FAVORITE in our home! This recipe makes a BIG batch of French Bread Pizza Rolls. You’ll be able to make two 9×13 pans full of them. I would suggest eating a pan for dinner and then freezing the other pan for another meal or snacks. You can either freeze the whole pan OR pull them apart and put them into individual baggies to freeze. My kids love warming them up in the microwave for an afternoon snack.
Preheat your oven to 350 degrees.
Make your dough! You’ll use THIS French Bread recipe.
Divide your dough in half.
Spread your pizza sauce, your toppings of choice and cheese on half.
I like to use one pound of mozzarella cheese for each 9×13 pan.
Then you’ll roll up the dough (just like a cinnamon roll).
Slice the roll (about 1 inch in width) and place slices into 9×13 pans.
Bake 20-25 minutes or until the middle rolls are completely baked through.
