This Instant Pot Beef Stew is the perfect quick and hearty meal for your family!
Instant Pot Beef Stew
If you’ve followed the blog long enough, you’ll probably be familiar with my Grandma’s Beef Stew recipe.  This is a family favorite recipe that my mom made growing up.  It’s pretty rare to find a meal that my whole crew will inhale.  This Beef Stew is one of those glorious meals!  Everyone usually goes back for seconds.  If you’re lucky and there are any leftovers, this Beef Stew is even better the second day!

I love to serve our Beef Stew with a homemade crusty French Bread. If you’ve never made homemade bread, you must give this recipe a try!  I walk you through how to bake with yeast (I promise it’s not as scary as it may seem). This same French Bread recipe is what we also use for our homemade Pizza Crust as well as Pizza Rolls.

  1. Have you ever made this in a slow cooker? It would be the ideal way for me since I work and like to have dinner made quickly after school… Any recommendations/slow cooker cooking tips?
