Cracker Barrel's Hashbrown Casserole

These Cracker Barrel's Hashbrown Potatoes are yummy, cheesy, and delicious. Made with frozen shredded hashbrowns as the main ingredient, and sharp cheddar cheese, you can’t get much more easy or tasty! Pure comfort food at its finest--a favorite side dish to take to family meals.

Ingredients
  

  • 32 oz Frozen shredded hashbrowns
  • ½ cup Melted butter
  • 1 can Cream of chicken soup 10 ¼ oz size
  • 1 pint Sour cream
  • ½ cup Red onion finely chopped
  • 2 cup Sharp cheddar grated, ½ cup set aside
  • 1 ½ tsp Salt
  • ¼ tsp Pepper

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
  • In a large bowl, mix together all of the ingredients making sure to set aside ½ a cup of the grated cheese.
  • Pour the potato mixture into a greased 9x13 casserole dish. Sprinkle the remaining cheese over the top.
  • Bake in a 350 degree oven for 40-45 minutes. You’ll want the top of the potatoes to appear bubbly with a little crispiness around the edges.
