Breakfast Pizza

This delicious Breakfast Pizza recipe has a crust of crescent rolls and is topped with ground sausage, scrambled eggs, O'Brien hash browns and shredded cheese. It's the perfect dish to serve up for a weekend breakfast or a quick week night dinner!

Ingredients
  

  • 1 16 oz Breakfast Sausage
  • 1 tube Crescent Rolls
  • 1 ½ cups Diced or Shredded O'Brien Potatoes
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 6 eggs
  • ½ cup milk
  • ¾ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp pepper

Instructions
 

  • Brown the ground sausage in a pan over medium heat. Make sure to use a spatula to break the ground sausage up as finely as possible. Once browned, take off the heat and set aside.
  • Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
  • On top of a 9x12 cookie sheet, roll out the crescent roll dough. Press the crescent roll dough flat making sure the seams are pressed together. Press the sides up to create a crust.
  • Sprinkle the browned sausage over the pressed crust. Then sprinkle on the hashbrowns and shredded cheddar cheese.
  • In a bowl whisk together the eggs, milk, salt and pepper. Pour the whisked eggs over the entire breakfast pizza.
  • Bake the breakfast pizza in the oven at 375° for 25 minutes.
