Crockpot Scalloped Potatoes and Ham Recipe

- 3 lbs Potatoes peeled and sliced thin
- 1 ½ cups Shredded cheddar cheese
- ½ cup Red onions chopped
- 1 cup Ham cooked and chopped finaly
- 1 can Condensed cream of mushroom soup
- ½ cup Water
- ½ tsp Garlic powder
- ½ tsp Salt
- ½ tsp Pepper
In a large bowl mix together the sliced potatoes, shredded cheese, red onion and chopped ham. Pour the mixed ingredients into the crockpot.
Using the same large mixing bowl, mix together the cream of mushroom soup, water, garlic powder, salt and pepper.
Pour the soup mixture over the potatoes in the crockpot. Make sure to cover the potatoes evenly.
Put the lid on the crockpot and cook on high for 3 ½ to 4 hours. Or until the potatoes are soft.
