Instant Pot Chicken and Noodles

Whip out your Instant Pot for this super easy Instant Pot chicken and noodles recipe. The perfect comfort soup to warm your soul and keep you cozy!

Ingredients
  

  • 4 Cups Chicken Stock
  • 2 cans cream of chicken soup
  • 1 stick of butter
  • 1 pound chicken breasts fresh or frozen
  • 1 package frozen egg noodles OR 1 package of dry egg noodles

Instructions
 

  • Place the chicken in the bottom of the Instant Pot.
  • Pour the chicken stock and cream of chicken soup over the chicken.
  • Place the stick of butter on top. No need to stir anything.
  • Put the lid on the Instant Pot and manually set the time to 15 minutes.
  • Let the Instant Pot naturally release the pressure (usually another 15 minutes).
  • Take the chicken breasts out of the liquid and shred.
  • Return the chicken back into the broth along with the bag of frozen noodles.
  • Stir well and place the lid back on the Instant Pot.
  • Manually set the time for 4 minutes.
  • Once the 4 minutes is up, quick release the pressure.
  • Dinner is served!

Notes

If you are adding in a bag of dry egg noodles, you’ll set the manual time for 2 minutes instead of the 4 minutes.
