Make the marinade: Add all the marinade ingredients into a bowl and whisk together.
Marinate the chicken: Add the chicken breasts and the marinade into a ziplock bag. Pop the ziplock bag into your refrigerator for 3-4 hours.
Grill: Preheat your grill to 350 degrees. Take your chicken breasts out of the marinade bag and place them on the grill. Grill each side for around 10 minutes each, depending on the thickness of your chicken breasts. The internal temperature of your chicken needs to be 165 degrees.
Stove Top: If you choose to cook your chicken in the oven, preheat to 450 degrees. Line a baking sheet with foil. Place your marinated chicken breasts on the baking sheet and put in the oven for 12 minutes. Flip the chicken breasts over and bake for another 5 to 10 minutes (depending on the thickness of your chicken breasts). The internal temperature of your chicken needs to be 165 degrees.
Serve: Once your chicken is cooked through, take it off the grill and let it rest for 5 minutes. Slice the chicken and serve on tortillas with all your favorite toppings.
