In one bowl make the Streusel topping. In another bowl, combine all the dry ingredients for the Apple Cinnamon Muffins.
Mix together the wet ingredients and add them to your dry ingredient mixture.
Stir the chopped apples into the batter. Spoon into a muffin tin and top with the streusel topping.
