This is definitely not a diet type oatmeal. Instead it’s indulgent and my kids inhale it! I also love that it doesn't take much time plus feeds everyone on a budget.
I find that with stovetop oatmeal, it bubbles over leaving me with oatmeal that needs to be cleaned up later. With the Instant Pot the oatmeal stays contained inside and is so easy!
