They’re that good! They’re also a fabulous meal to bring to a new mom for a hearty snack or breakfast. They take a little time to prepare since you’re making everything from scratch--but totally worth it!
Brown your ground breakfast sausage and set aside.
Scramble your eggs (salt and pepper to taste) and set aside.
Cut 36 squares of parchment paper and 36 squares of tin foil.
Place a tortilla on top of a piece of parchment paper. Place a spoonful of sausage, eggs, hashbrowns and cheese in the center.
Wrap your parchment paper burrito tightly with tin foil.
