They’re also a fabulous meal to bring to a new mom for a hearty snack or breakfast. Now they do take a bit to make, but it's worth it to have a freezer full for any time of the year!
First, you will brown your ground breakfast sausage and set aside. You can even do this ahead of time!
Scramble your eggs (salt and pepper to taste) and set aside.
Cut 36 squares of parchment paper and 36 squares of tin foil. You'll use this to prep them for the freezer, making ahead is key for this recipe!
Place a tortilla on top of a piece of parchment paper. Place a spoonful of sausage, eggs, hashbrowns and cheese in the center. Breakfast is already sounding so good!
Wrap your parchment paper burrito tightly with tin foil.
