4 Ingredient Rocky Road Fudge
Ingredients
- 1 bag (12 oz) semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1 can sweetened condensed milk (14 oz)
- 3 cups mini marshmallows
- 1 ½ cup salted peanuts
Instructions
- Line a 9×13 pan with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, pour in the chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk. Cook in the microwave for about 90 seconds, remove and stir. Continue to microwave at 20 second intervals (stirring after each one) until the chocolate chips are completely melted and smooth.
- Fold in the marshmallows and peanuts.
- Press into the 9×13 baking pan. Put into the fridge for a few hours to set. Cut into pieces and serve!
