Chicken & Noodle Casserole

An easy and delicious casserole that your whole family will love! You can easily leave out the peppers and onions if your family prefers that (mine does). I’ll sometimes add a little shredded cheese on top for extra yumminess!

Chicken & Noodle Casserole

Servings 8


  • 2 cups chopped chicken breast, rotisserie chicken works great!
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup (10.75 oz can)
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • ¼ cup red onion, chopped
  • 1 red bell pepper, chopped
  • ½ cup frozen peas
  • 1 tsp garlic salt
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 16 oz eg noodles, cooked (follow the cooking instructions on the package)


  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  • While the oven preheats, cook the egg noodles according to the package directions.
  • Place your cooked noodles and chicken in a 9×13 inch baking dish that has been sprayed with non-stick cooking spray.
  • Combine soup, sour cream and veggies in a small bowl. Pour mixture over chicken and noodles.
  • Add garlic salt, salt, and pepper and mix well in your pan. Cover and bake for 30 minutes. I love to add a bit of shredded cheese to the top as well! Totally optional but so delish!
